Chia Goodness Pancakes
Chia Goodness Pancakes Ingredients: 1/2 cup Chia Goodness (any flavour) 1 3/4 cups water, milk or non-dairy drink. 1 cup flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp. sugar (optional) 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter extra oil to cook pancakes Directions: 1. Combine liquid with Chia Goodness, stir and let sit at least 5 minutes. 2. In another bowl, combine all dry ingredients. 3. Melt coconut oil or butter. 4. Add coconut oil to Chia Goodness, then add flour mixture and stir well. 5. Heat some oil or butter in frying pan, drop batter into pan to make desired size pancakes. 6. Turn once, and enjoy when both sides are browned.
